Since 22 December 2025 LG covers almost every standard material for wall-mounted home air conditioners
Standard cable up to 10 metres, pipe up to 8 metres, trunking, brackets, the drain line and a drain pump when needed — covered under the notice.
Applies to home air-conditioner installations from 22 December 2025. These used to be charged and no longer are.
The waiver above covers wall-mounted home units. Ceiling models still bill at these rates.
