Installation costs and what to prepare
Standard installation is already in the monthly price. This page covers what can be added on top, and what you can settle before the technician arrives so nothing is a surprise on the day.
Since 22 December 2025 LG covers almost every home air-conditioner fitting
Cable, up to eight metres of pipe, trunking, brackets, the drain line and removing the old unit — all at no extra charge.
Home air conditioning — covered by LG
Applies to home air-conditioner installations from 22 December 2025. These used to be charged and no longer are.

Before the technician arrives
Check these four things in advance. If something does not pass, tell our team — it is far easier to fix before installation day.
The space
- Measure the actual space — width, depth and height
- Leave 3–5 cm at the sides and 10 cm behind for airflow
- The floor must be level, solid and able to take the weight
- Allow room for the door to open fully
Getting it in
- Measure the doorway and the corridor
- Check for tight corners or narrow stairs the appliance cannot pass
- In a building, is there a passenger or goods lift?
Power
- Is there a socket near the spot, and is it two-pin or three-pin?
- It should not share an extension lead with other appliances
Water
- Is there a water inlet and a drain near the spot?
- Does the tap have to be shared with something else?
- Is the water pressure enough — water purifiers and washers especially
